What do the monthly allowances cover?
MLO Basic covers 10 MLO fixes a month, MLO Pro 40, and MLO Studio up to 150 (fair use). Map Basic covers 10 maps and Map Pro 20. The combo covers 60 MLO fixes and 25 maps. Fixes left over do not carry into the next month. A fix that fails, or an upload that needs nothing, never uses one.
Can I see what I get before I pay?
Yes. Walk through the sample scan and the sample report. Uploads are for customers: after you buy, we scan your file and show what we will fix before any fix runs. If there is nothing to fix, or the fix fails, no credit is used.
Is texture shrinking included?
Yes. Every fix shrinks texture files over FiveM’s 16 MB limit, without re-encoding. It is part of the fix, not a separate charge.
Is this cheaper than hiring someone?
Usually. A Single Fix is $5 for an MLO or $6 for a map, and it takes minutes. A freelancer is the better choice for custom work, like building new rooms. See the side-by-side comparison.
Which plans get the priority queue?
MLO Pro, MLO Studio, Map Pro, and the combo go to the front of the queue. Every fixed package is scanned again from its own files, on every plan. Before-and-after pictures of your own fixes are not part of any plan yet.
What does the combo include?
The MLO + Map Combo is $49 a month. It is MLO Pro and Map Pro together, $9 less than buying both ($58). You get 60 MLO fixes and 25 map fixes a month and a priority queue.
Does choosing a plan charge me?
Only when you pay at checkout. A Single Fix is charged once. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your account page with Manage billing.
