Terms of service

MLO Fixer (mlofixer.com) is a service by Hanger8200. These terms are the deal between you and us when you use it. Questions: [email protected].

What MLO Fixer does

You upload a FiveM MLO or map as a ZIP file. We scan it and show a report. If you choose, we make safe automatic repairs, shrink oversized textures, and give you a new ZIP with a fix report. The checks and fixes are automatic. They do not replace testing on your own server.

Your account

Uploads, scans and fixes are for customers only: you need an account with a fix you bought or an active plan. There is no free tier. Sign-in runs on Auth0. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

Your files

• You must have the right to upload every file you send us. See the acceptable use rules.
• Your files stay yours. You let us store and process them only to scan, fix, and send them back to you.
• We delete uploads after 7 days. Fixed files are deleted 30 days after a fix. Reports are kept for 90 days.
• Your original upload is never changed. Keep your own backup anyway.

Payments and plans

• Payments run on Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay.
• A Single Fix gives you one fix. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. Fixes left over do not carry into the next month.
• MLO Studio is fair use, up to 150 MLO fixes a month.
• A fix is only used when a fix job finishes with something fixed. A failed fix, or an upload that needs nothing, never uses a fix.
• Scanning an upload uses no fix. Texture shrinking is part of every fix, not a separate charge.
• You can cancel a plan any time from your account page with Manage billing. It stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

Using MLO Fixer in ChatGPT

• The ChatGPT app “MLO Fixer for FiveM” uses the same account, credits and plan as this site. These terms apply there too, together with OpenAI’s terms for ChatGPT.
• The app never sells anything. Buying a fix or a plan happens only on mlofixer.com.
• A fix starts only when you ask for it in the chat. The same rule applies: a credit is used only when the fix works.
• Upload links from the app work once, for 30 minutes, and download links for 15 minutes. Do not share them; anyone with a link can use it until it expires.
• ChatGPT writes its own answers. Our scan and fix reports are the record of what we found and changed. If the chat and the report disagree, the report on mlofixer.com is right.
• MLO Fixer is not made or endorsed by OpenAI.

No guarantee

We work hard to make every fix safe, and every fixed package is scanned again before you get it. But the service is automatic and provided as is. We cannot promise that a fixed file works on every server or in every game build. Always test before you put a fixed file on a live server. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem.

Stopping the service

We may pause uploads, remove files, or close accounts that break these terms or the acceptable use rules. You can stop using MLO Fixer and ask us to delete your account at any time.

Other things

MLO Fixer is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re. We may update these terms. If the change matters, we will say so on this page and, for paying customers, by email.
