Privacy policy

MLO Fixer is a service by Hanger8200. We collect as little as we can. We do not sell your data. Questions or a delete request: [email protected].

What we keep, and for how long

• Your email address, from sign-in. Kept while you have an account.
• Your uploads: deleted after 7 days.
• Fixed files: deleted 30 days after a fix.
• Reports (scan and fix reports): kept for 90 days.
• Your plan and fixes left: kept while you have an account, plus what the law asks for tax records.
• Your IP address: never stored as is. We keep a scrambled code of it (a salted hash) to stop abuse, like too many uploads.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in, and one short cookie protects the sign-in step. Both are needed for the site to work. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser only. We do not use advertising cookies.

Who helps us run MLO Fixer

• Auth0 (by Okta): sign-in and passwords. We never see your password.
• Stripe: payments. We never see your card number.
• Cloudflare: delivers the website, blocks attacks, and counts visits without cookies.
• OVHcloud: the server that stores uploads and reports.
• OpenAI: only if you use the ChatGPT app, see below.

Your files are checked on our own computers. They are not shared with anyone else and are not used to train AI.

The ChatGPT app (MLO Fixer for FiveM)

If you connect MLO Fixer for FiveM in ChatGPT, you sign in through Auth0 with your MLO Fixer account. We never see your ChatGPT account or password, and ChatGPT never sees your MLO Fixer password.

• What ChatGPT sends us: a sign-in token that says which MLO Fixer account you are, and only what a tool needs: the problem you describe (for explanations), a scan or fix id, the city and game build you confirm, or a .zip file you attach in the chat.
• What we send back to ChatGPT: your account email and an account id (so ChatGPT can tell your connected accounts apart), your plan and fixes left, your scan and fix reports (file names, findings, sizes), and private links: a one-time upload link (30 minutes) and a download link (15 minutes).
• Who else sees it: what we send back is shown in your ChatGPT conversation, so OpenAI handles it under OpenAI’s privacy policy. We do not read your other chats.
• How long we keep it: the same as above. Problem descriptions are not stored. Upload links are deleted a day after they expire. Files you attach in ChatGPT are treated like any upload (deleted after 7 days).
• Your control: disconnect the app in ChatGPT at any time; that stops all access. You can also ask us to delete your account.

The app never sells anything. Purchases happen only on mlofixer.com through Stripe.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account and everything in it. Email [email protected] from the address on your account.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
